    Saab’s apparently generous offer to Norway in connection with its Gripen project might not be as big-hearted as it appears. “Today, I can state that Saab and the Norwegian business community have identified collaboration projects to such an extent that we can now increase our commitment regarding industrial collaboration projects to at least 180 percent [by way] of the offset value over a period of ten to fifteen years,” promised Ake Svensson, CEO and President of Saab. “Our discussions will continue.”…
